Cooking in Provence
"Queen of Darkness", "white gold", "pointe d'amour", asparagus, white, green or purple are prized for its succulent taste and tender texture and have been considered a delicacy since ancient times.. With the coming of spring the asparagus season will be back in full swing. Do you also enjoy this very healthy vegetable and would you like to learn, in Provence, how to cook asparagus in different ways?
You will be welcome, in our beautiful olivegrove estate ‘L’Oustaou d'Oulivié’ in Oraison where we cook together and enjoy a Mediterranean lunch (underneath the plane trees).
Courses are available in English - Dutch - French
