The gaugry family, cheese makers since 1946, invite you to visit their diary to discover how they produce their raw milk cheeses.
From a gallery specially built for visitors, one can witness the different stages of production of our soft washed rind cheeses such as: Epoisses AOC, Ami du Chambertin, Soumaintrain, Palet de Bourgogne, Plaisir au Chablis, Cendré de Vergy
Our shop offers a large selection of fine cheeses and other regional products
