For 7 centuries in the same lineage, the château de Commarin was re-installed during the 18th century by the Marquise d'Antigny, grand mother of the famous bishop, Prince de Talleyrand, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Napoleon. This castle is famous for its beautiful decorative collection, with its unique set of heraldic tapestries, of the early 16th, the beauty of its works of arts and furniture, and the richness of its 17th and 18th decoration, which are the lively testimony of the generations who lived in.
