Right on the leafy banks of the Dordogne river... A charming country gite that has been renovated with taste. The beautiful garden is home to a hundred year old wisteria and looks out over the river. A covered terrace runs the length of the gite.

This is a perfect location for fishing, country walks, cycling, horseriding, canoing, swimming. The wonderful vineyards of St Emilion, Pomerol and Bergerac are just down the road. This region is rich in "bastide" towns and villages. You can see the very impressive reenactment of the Battle of Castillon. There are street festivals, music and theater festivals.
For the youngsters there is a great lake a bike ride away with water activities, quads, jet skis and a safe sandy beach.
